We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan before and I must say this was a fabulous unit to call our home away from home. The property was spotless and newly remodeled and was well stocked with everything one could ask for. Cathy's number one goal is to satisfy her guests' every need. The description of the unit was spot on and at a great value. The unit has the most spectacular views of the mountains and of Diamond Head. We especially enjoyed the sunrises over the mountains welcoming us a new day. The Banyan is centrally located in Waikiki with a walking distance of about 5-10 minutes to almost everything you would want to see or do. Don't miss out on climbing Diamond Head for a scenic view of Waikiki, enjoy a sunset at the beach just one block over, rent a car and explore the island's north shore and drive out for a sunrise at Sandy Beach, have a cup of 100% Kona coffee to start your day, shop, shop and shop.....and most definitely soak up some of that Hawaiian sunshine. We will recommend this unit to our family and friends and will be returning for another visit soon :) Aloha!

I, like many of you, had done copious research to find the best place/deal to stay in Waikiki. This is it. Seriously. Besides the free parking and free wifi (both of which would be trememndous in a hotel) the condo is absolutely gorgeously furnished, clean and literally has anything you might need. I thought I wanted a diamond head view or even the ocean but those things never change. A mountain is a mountain and the ocean well it is kinda boring. This view is amazing!! With the floor to ceiling windows every day the view changes. The mountains are bathed in mist and rainbows appear all the time! I am so glad I chose this view - i promise you will also! The kitchen has everything you could need. I needed a cooler and ice to go to the beach and it was there! The owners have thought of everything - it was my honeymoon and she had even gone to great lengths to make sure everything was romantic and perfect. The bed is super comfy and the shower is great with a nice pressure. The Banyan is situated nicely on waikiki beach. YOu are just one block away from the beach but it really is no big deal. it took like 1 minute to walk to the strip. Tons of restaurants are nearby and honestly the parking was a delight! To know you don't have to pay $30 a night for valet is awesome. Pack your bags and stay her - you will not regret it!!

My family and I had a wonderful 2 week stay recently at the Banyan - this is the first time we have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan, and we would certainly be recommending this to family and friends, and would definitely like to stay there again in the future when we return to Hawaii. Cathy was fantastic to deal with, had lots of helpful sugestions and tips, and made sure everything was right for our arrival. The apartment was very modern, clean and spacious - with awesome views - so was ideal for our family of 3, and plenty of room to spread out. We also rented a car for a few days, so having a car park included in the stay was also extremely convenient. The free Wi-Fi was also a great bonus! The location is also fantastic - close to the beach, shopping and transport. The Banyan would definitely be rated a 10/10 from us - and it made for a wonderful stay in Hawaii. Thank you!

"Great owners to deal with. No hassle rental. Very honest people who have put a lot of money into updating everything in this unit. We have stayed at other units in the building but this by far is the nicest. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again. 5 Stars from this past renter!!!!"

"We've just returned from a 2 week stay at this unit and it was fantastic. We've stayed in many units at the Banyan over the last 15 years but this is the best and the nicest we've ever seen.  Everything is brand new and the owners did a great job on the renovation.  It's spectacular!  The views are incredible and the unit is top notch. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and has everything one could possibly need. And it's so nice being on the quiet side of the building, so relaxing.  The owners were so easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The parking and wi-fi were nice bonuses and the whole experience, from booking to checking out was the easiest we've ever had. I just can't say enough about the owners and this unit. We would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a fantastic place to stay in a great location for a great price. We'll be back for sure."

"This condo is fabulous!  It is perfect, super clean and so nicely furnished with great Hawaiian furniture and accessories (love the surfboard!).  The kitchen has everything - there was even a blender for a nice afternoon smoothie.  This was our best vacation ever and having this gorgeous condo to stay in was a big part of it.  Cathy, the owner, was amazing.  She made everything so easy and made sure we had everything we needed and more.  I've never dealt with anyone more friendly and helpful.  She really cared that about us being comfortable and enjoying ourselves.  We will definitely recommend this condo to all our friends.  Two thumbs up, 5 stars, 10/10 - it doesn't get any better than this!"
