RATES (all prices in US dollars)

Our rates are $129 - $169 USD per night during high season.  Lower rates available during summer season.

• Plus 14% Hawaii State Excise and Hotel tax (Tax ID #W84146314-01).
• Plus a one time cleaning charge of $110 for the cleaning of the condo after check-out. There is no daily housekeeping service but this can be arranged during your stay if you like for an additional charge.
• Parking and wireless internet (WiFi) is included with your rental. 

Rates vary during peak season and according to length of stay requested. Minimum stay is 1 week.  Monthly rates are available.

Booking Deposit and Damage Deposit: 

• A deposit of $250 is required at time of booking to hold reservation.
• Balance is due 45 days prior to check in.
• A $250 damage deposit is required - refunded after check out if there is no damage and the parking pass is returned to the suite.

Cancellation Policy:

• $250 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival. 
• 50% of payment is non refundable if cancelled between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival. 
• 100% of payment is non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.  Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit.  If we are successful, a full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee will be made.

A door code will be emailed to you one week prior to check in.

We accept cash, cheque (with sufficient time to clear), bank draft, money order and Paypal (3% surcharge) for payment.
